Aveli™ Step-by-Step
Before
Before undergoing an Aveli treatment, it is crucial to have a detailed consultation with a qualified practitioner to assess your suitability for the procedure. Proper preparation ensures that you achieve the best possible outcomes and helps to minimize any potential risks associated with the treatment.
During
When you come to Snyder Plastic Surgery at The Breast and Body Center for your Aveli treatment, it should last about 45 minutes to an hour. We will mark the treatment area where the cellulite will be treated. Dr. Snyder will inject (with a tiny needle) a liquid anesthetic under the skin. Then, a suction cup will be attached to stabilize the skin with cellulite.
After
Once your Aveli treatment is complete, you can go about your day as normal. You may be in some discomfort, but it can be managed with an over-the-counter pain reliever. We may also ask you to wear a compression garment for a week following the treatment. This garment will help speed up your healing process. You may want to take it easy for a couple of days, but the soreness, tenderness, and bruising should not keep you from your everyday life.
