Immediate unilateral left DIEP flap breast reconstruction

This patient underwent left mastectomy followed by DIEP flap breast reconstruction. As you can see from her before/after photos, she did gain weight after surgery which affected the size of her right breast. Fortunately, her DIEP flap maintained a good shape and size and remained symmetric to her right breast.
