Immediate right DIEP flap breast reconstruction

This patient was diagnosed with right invasive ductal carcinoma and completed chemotherapy before proceeding with mastectomy and reconstruction. She opted for a unilateral DIEP flap on the right, and a reduction/lift on the left to reach her desired breast size.
