Delayed unilateral right DIEP flap breast reconstruction

This patient had previously undergone right breast mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation for right breast cancer treatment. She opted for delayed DIEP flap breast reconstruction on the right, as well as a reduction/lift on the left to improve symmetry and achieve desired breast size.
