Right Delayed, Left Immediate DIEP flap breast reconstruction

This patient underwent right sided mastectomy followed by radiation therapy. She then opted to move forward with left mastectomy and bilateral DIEP flap breast reconstruction. Her scar patterns were intentionally similar to provide better shape and symmetry. She has not moved forward with nipple/areola reconstruction yet.
