Delayed DIEP after Dissatisfactory Implant Reconstruction

This patient was very displeased with her saline implant reconstruction that was performed elsewhere. She consulted with Dr. Snyder to abandon this reconstruction and have a delayed DIEP flap breast reconstruction. She also wished to keep her nipples/areolas. Her DIEP flap reconstruction gives her breasts a more natural appearance and feel.
