This patient previously underwent right mastectomy with a TRAM flap reconstruction done elsewhere. She developed a new cancer in her left breast and proceeded to have left mastectomy followed by a thigh flap for reconstruction. She was able to keep her native nipple. She then proceeded with radiation treatment. As you can see in her photos, she maintained overall a good breast shape and reasonably good symmetry to the right breast.
