Delayed left DIEP flap breast reconstruction, right reduction/lift for symmetry

This patient was diagnosed with left breast cancer and proceeded with mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation. She then underwent a delayed DIEP flap on her left side and a reduction/lift on her right side to improve symmetry and reach her desired breast size.
