Immediate bilateral DIEP after breast augmentation

This patient had previously undergone a bilateral breast lift with placement of silicone implants by Dr. Snyder. Several years later, she was found to have breast cancer. She opted to have bilateral mastectomies with removal of her implants. Dr. Snyder then performed an immediate bilateral DIEP flap breast reconstruction. Her reconstruction was improved with fat grafting and completed with 3D nipple/areola tattoos.
