Breast Reconstruction with Placement of Silicone Implants

This patient had a history of saline implant augmentation. She underwent bilateral mastectomies followed by placement of tissue expanders. These were filled over a period of 4-6 weeks and she then underwent exchange of expanders to silicone implants.
