Immediate Unilateral DIEP flap breast reconstruction

This patient was found to have left breast cancer and opted for left-sided mastectomy with immediate DIEP flap breast reconstruction. She then had fat grafting to her right breast to increase size and improve symmetry. Her recon was completed with left nipple reconstruction and tattooing.
