Immediate bilateral DIEP flap breast reconstruction

This patient was diagnosed with lobular carcinoma and underwent preoperative chemotherapy. She opted for bilateral mastectomies followed immediately with DIEP flap reconstruction. In addition, she had a revision procedure with a breast lift and fat grafting to increase size and improve contour. She completed her reconstruction with nipple/areola tattoos.
