Immediate DIEP, followed by radiation therapy

This patient was diagnosed with breast cancer and opted for bilateral mastectomies followed by DIEP flap breast reconstruction. She proceeded to have radiation therapy after her reconstruction. As you can see in her before/after photos, the right radiated breast withstood the treatment well, maintaining a good shape and size to match the left breast.
