Immediate DIEP flap breast reconstruction, +BRCA

This is a young woman who was found to be +BRCA. She opted for bilateral mastectomy followed by DIEP flap breast reconstruction. She suffered from significant breast asymmetry which Dr. Snyder was able to correct with her reconstructed breasts. The patient went on to have a healthy pregnancy after her reconstruction was completed.
