Immediate bilateral DIEP flap

This patient is a 5’3, 230 lb 47 y/o woman found to have right Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, who also tested positive for the BRCA gene. She underwent bilateral mastectomies and an immediate bilateral DIEP flap breast reconstruction. Her reconstruction was completed with 3D nipple tattooing. Photos are preoperative and 10 months after surgery.
