Breast Implant Reconstruction

This patient was diagnosed with right invasive ductal carcinoma and +BRCA. She opted to move forward with left mastectomy and bilateral breast reconstruction with implants. First, tissue expanders were put in place and later were exchanged for small silicone implants. Her reconstruction was completed with 3D nipple/areola tattoos.
