Exchanging Saline for Silicone Breast Augmentation

This patient had previously undergone breast augmentation with a saline implant elsewhere. The implants were placed above her pectoralis muscle. She desired exchanging these implants for silicone and adding a tissue matrix (Strattice) to reduce the appearance of wrinkling of the implant. Her new implants were also placed beneath her pectoralis muscle.
