Overview

Sometimes a filler injector can get your treatment wrong. At Snyder Plastic Surgery at The Breast and Body Center, we are dedicated to providing the best treatment or corrections for all of our patients. Surgeons use facial fillers as a nonsurgical cosmetic solution to add volume under the skin to help soften the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and hollow areas. An injectable filler uses a liquid substance to fill a facial pocket that has lost volume due to aging or weight loss. Liquid fillers reshape the natural contour of the skin, resulting in a younger appearance. They are commonly injected in the cheeks, chin, lips, under the eyes, in the nasolabial folds and other areas that require a “liquid lift.” It is common to combine a filler product with another facial cosmetic procedure. The advantages of fillers are that they’re noninvasive, leave no scars and are highly effective in achieving the results patients’ desire.

Some indications of a botched facial filler treatment:

  • Over-filled injection sites
  • Under-filled areas of treatment
  • Looking lumpy or bumpy under the skin where treated
  • Asymmetry (it does not look the same on both sides of the face)
  • Excessive bruising

We do BOTOX® Repairs, too

We will fix Botox® mishaps as well.

I came here because my injector had left another place to come wok for Synder. Jennifer Mixson, NP, does some of the best injection work. I have had both fillers and neurotoxin (Dysport or Botox) done by Jennifer and always have had great results. I will be seeing her soon for some fillers. Getting old and losing volume sucks and can be expensive. I know that when I see Jennifer I am getting the real stuff (be careful of those Groupon deals people), I will have great results (very rarely bruise when Jennifer injections) and I look refreshed. In the next year or so I will be getting a "tune-up" and will be seeking a consultation here for plastic surgery.  I can’t wait to meet the rest of the team.

Jennifer (@aestheticnp_jennifer) at Dr. Snyder's office is amazing! She does my Botox/Dysport. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, conservative (no duck face or crazy eyebrows here) and she delivers exactly the look I'm going for each time. Jennifer you are a gem! Thank you.

I made an appointment to address my concerns about aging and see what my options. I was brought back by Callie right at my aptmt time where she proceeded to ask me questions. She asked what my concerns were then about my lifestyle and skin care regimen. After the short interview Callie left the room and Nurse Practioner Jennifer returned already informed about everything! She knew I was nervous so she took the wheel and was able to describe to me a plan that would work for me. I was originally referred to the center by a friend for micro fillers, NP Jennifer told me that a more lasting and better approach (for me) to build collagen back would be Sculptra. She explained she was more interested in better skin health and assured me this would prolong the aging. I had the procedure done the following week and have had a follow up since. I highly recommend the Callie/Jennifer team at Plastic Surgery Center of Round Rock, they're patient and extremely communicative through every step of the way which is great for newbies like myself. I had a few followers that wanted to watch the procedure and ask questions and NP Jenn was kind enough to let me stream and record it live. She literally explained step by step the procedures to hundreds of viewers without hesitation. I can't say enough, this team knows their stuff.

About Us
How Safe Is It?

All dermal fillers are FDA approved, meaning they have passed comprehensive testing to prove that the product is safe and effective to use. The majority of fillers are made with a natural substance so if the result is not as the patient desired, the good advantage is that the filler, at some point, will be reabsorbed by the body, and the results are temporary.

Do I Need Reinjection?

Most likely. Natural fillers are absorbed by the body in an average of 6 – 12 months. When this happens, there will be a loss of volume similar to the condition prior to treatment. Reinjection is recommended to maintain the desired results. Some patients find this high maintenance but feel its worth the natural feel of their cosmetic treatment.

Can You Fix This Now?

We will do our best to help you transition out of the previous injector's work. If you feel that your injection sites are bad,
